My name is Millicent Gayle Villariza and I am from Dumaguete City, Philippines. My journey in this freelancing job started at Odesk way back in 2011. I was then working as a virtual assistant to a real estate company — lead generation, email marketing, and call handling were my responsibilities back then. I was working with that company for about 6 months and I stopped because I continued to finish my degree in College.
Around 2013, I went back to work again as a freelancer and got connected with Pegasus Food Futures. I was working as a general virtual assistant under the direct supervision of the global sales director. I was then doing data entry tasks, file management, calendar management, transcription, making presentations, hotel and flight accommodations as well as social media management.
To further enhance my skills, I enrolled in FVA’s freelancing course and under the direct guidance and encouragement by my Coach Julmar Grace Locsin, I was able to finish it with flying colors and got a Gold Certificate (given only to those exemplary students who were able to finish the assigned tasks to them).
I have finished 2 social media management apprenticeship tasks from FVA. I also believed in continuing education so I also enrolled in their real estate investing task course, social media in-depth course and SEO in-depth course.
As a Physical Therapist, I am very much passionate about a given job. I am an efficient worker, fast-paced, dependable and can work with minimum supervision. I have the strong ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously and manage my time effectively. I am very keen to details and very willing to learn new skills required for a job assigned.

This is a part time job. My responsibilities are filtering members who wants to join the FB Group of LCA. Entering the datas into a spreadsheet the details of each member approved to join; email marketing for guest and webinar attendees and social media content creation.
My task was to search thru Craiglists rent to own houses and apartments; provides leads to client such as owner of the searched properties and setting appointments between the leads and my client.
Part of my task was to provide customer support to SMART Communication subscribers; build productive relationships, resolve complex issues and win customer loyalty.
My tasks was to perform all administrative tasks such as data entry, research, makingn reports, email, calendar and file management, hotel and flight bookings and etc. Part of my responsibility was to be a liaiason to the global director to other employees.
I will report once a month to the office and assist the treasurer in recording and reviewing all financial data of the barangay as well as records the income and outflow of money and other financial assets of the barangay.
I was trained to process transaction coordination from contract to close; also given to us are continuous training and coaching sessions to help us increase focus grounding presence and consistency in performance.
I was given the previleged to be part of the Nexus Realty Bootcamp as a real estate virtual assistant. I was trained to process transaction coordination from contract to close; writing blogs about real estate; creating email and text message campaign as well as creating MLS content thru Canva.
I worked as an apprentice for FVA Consultancy. My task was to create a 1 month worth of content for their IG account and scheduled if for posting thru Hootsuite.
This is part of Filipino Virtual Assistance Apprenticeship Program. I have work as an apprentice to their international client, Hope-made Designs. My responsibities with Hope-made Designs was to create 1 month worth of contents for FB Page, IG and Twitter accounts, all were made using Canva. Aside from creating the contents, I was also responsible for scheduling it for posting using Hootsuite as well as increasing engagements, followers and likes for all the social media accounts.
This is a trial task offered by Filipino Virtual Assistance Services. My responsibilites with Naila’s Special Dried Fish was to design the company’s logo — which includes the business branding, its colors and fonts. Social media account creation — which includes creating an email account, IG and Hootsuite and FB page. Also I created a 1 month worth of contents for both IG and FB page thru Canva and scheduled it for posting using Hootsuite. Being a social media manager, it is also my task to optimize those accounts and pages as well increase daily connections and monitorings, engagements, followers, and likes.

I enrolled in the REI Task Course offered by FVA. This course covered real estate investing baiscs, REI CRMs, Sites and Apps, REI lead generation, REI calls, calendar management, appointment setting, property types and amenities, comparables and offers and negotiations.
I got a gold certificate for being an exemplary student. I finished all the tasks and assignments in due time. This certificate shows that I have enrolled in the Freelancing Course offered by FVA which includes general virtual
assistance tasks, social media, simple web design, content marketing, lead generation, email marketing and SEO strategies.
